How far along? 33 Weeks
Total weight gain: 24 lbs. 
Maternity clothes? Yes.
Stretch marks? None.
Sleep: Wake up between 4-5 am. 
Best moment this week: Having my family in town and celebrating our 7th anniversary. 
Miss Anything? Bending over and moving around quickly. 
Movement: Random times during the day. 
Food cravings: Nothing this week. Nothing stands out as desirable.
Anything making you queasy or sick: No.
Gender: Team Pink
Labor Signs: None.
Symptoms: Swollen feet, minor cramping, fatigue.
Belly Button in or out? The top is out. 
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy. 

32 Weeks



How far along? 32 Weeks
Total weight gain: 24 lbs. Did I really gain 7 lbs in two weeks? I'm disgusted with myself. 
Maternity clothes? Yes.
Stretch marks? Nope.
Sleep: Still sleeping through most nights.
Best moment this week: Last work trip!
Miss Anything? Not having acid reflux. 
Movement: Nighttime. 
Food cravings: Pretzels.
Anything making you queasy or sick: No.
Gender: Team Pink
Labor Signs: First braxton hicks contractions. 
Symptoms: Really swollen feet, soreness, stretching skin
Belly Button in or out? The top is out. 
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy. 

31 Weeks

Total weight gain: 17 lbs. 
Maternity clothes? Yes.
Stretch marks? Still none. 
Sleep: Loving the body pillow. I don't know if it helps me sleep or not but it's comfy. 
Best moment this week: Enjoying time with David.
Miss Anything? Staying outside for more than 2 hours. 
Movement: Nighttime. 
Food cravings: Nope.
Anything making you queasy or sick: No.
Gender: Team Pink
Labor Signs: None.
Symptoms: swollen feet and fatigue.
Belly Button in or out? The top finally popped out. 
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy.

  1. Hey Laura! This is the first time I saw this blog- what a fun way to document the maternity!

    I saw that you said you were not happy about gaining 7lbs in 2 weeks. I must tell you - that is EXACTLY what happens to me every time- around 32 weeks, my weight balloons. You're almost there! And dont' worry- you will lose the weight fast- especially if you are getting swollen-- that means most of the weight gain is water...which FALLS off after about a week after giving birth. Anyway, just wanted to encourage you that you're doing great!!!

  2. Thanks, Tiff. I hope it's mainly water weight. I've been trying to exercise regularly hoping that will get me back into shape quickly. I'm already looking forward to my next race.
