What I've been up too

I've been cooped up the past couple weeks due to all the snow and cold weather we've had here in Chicago. So here's an idea of what I've been up to. I was testing out our low budget light box.

Cards

I love making cards. They provide me with an additional outlet to express my creativity. Here's a selection of the cards I've made lately. I've used a technique I learned over the Christmas holiday called embossing on most of the cards.

Owls

Recently I've become obsessed with owls. I don't know when it started, but I love most things owls. I have found myself buying stamps, paper, etc. that have owls on them. I've even started making owlish cards. I tried to make some for Christmas, but I ran out of time. For Valentine's Day, I made several cards with owls on them that said "You're Tweet". I made another card tonight that said "Owl always love you".
The picture quality is poor horrible thanks to the lighting in my apartment.
